[Oh, they'll get distracted - it's an inevitability. But Jyn knows that they'd both never allow it to occur unless the coast was completely clear and the actual assignment was well and truly taken care of.
Afterwards, though, was another story altogether.
Jyn doesn't know what she's done to deserve any little bit of happiness, but she tries not to overthink the hows and the whys, no matter how easily she could.
Despite all odds, they've found each other. Despite all odds, she'll do anything to keep him. And stars forbid anything gets in the way.]
